A2.   Lanolin is oil derived from raw wool grease. Raw wool grease is recovered during the process of scouring (washing) the wool. Wool grease is then highly refined into many grades of lanolin.
The lanolin used in Lanocrème is of the highest standard and contains less than 3 parts per million of all impurities.

A3.   Collagen is the main constituent of human connective tissue, accounting for one third of the protein in our body. The soluble marine collagen in Lanocrème's unique formulation:-

A8.   Online credit card orders and purchases submitted to Lanocreme New Zealand Ltd. generate the following:- an order application automatically sent to Lanocreme New Zealand Ltd. a confirmation of order emailed to the customer's email address as completed on the original order form. All orders are dispatched the same working day as they were received.

A9.   All stock items are shipped on the same working day of receiving your completed order. All orders are sent "International Air", usually delivered within 10-14 days.

A10.   Each order attracts a one-off charge of US$10 for post and packaging: - the more you order, the cheaper the per unit freight cost.

A13.   All orders are insured before leaving New Zealand. If your order does not arrive within 4 weeks from date of order, please contact us on sales@lanocreme.co.nz and we will institute search and claims procedures. We will then replace your order.
