Q.2 How do I earn Lanocrème Dollars?
Lanocrème Dollars are automatically earned when you spend over US$30.00 on your credit card at lanocreme.com and are credited into your account at the rate of 7.5% of the value of your paid purchase (excluding freight).

Q3. How do I redeem my Lanocrème Dollars?
At any time, you will be able to log into your account to see your balance of Lanocrème Dollars, thereby seeing to what value of Lanocrème products you can purchase for FREE.

At the checkout page your total purchases will be displayed, any existing Lanocreme Dollars earned from previous orders and not yet used/expired will be shown as a credit and deducted from your order total.

Any new Lanocreme Dollars earned from your current transaction (paid portion only) will also be shown.

Lanocrème Dollars cannot be redeemed for cash.

Q4. Do Lanocrème Dollars Expire?
Lanocrème Dollars will have a life of one year. They will expire 12 months after the date they were earned.

Q.3 How do I ensure that I am credited for my friend’s initial purchase?

The referral system works via e-mail and requires accuracy when entering e-mail addresses.

To refer a friend you must be an exiting customer with an account and logged in. You can then enter a friend’s e-mail address on the refer a friend page.

When your friend makes a purchase, they will enter in their e-mail address as part of the registration process.

If the e-mail address entered matches the e-mail address that you originally submitted in the referral, then your account will automatically be credited with Lanocrème Dollars based on your friend’s initial purchase.

Q.4 How many people can I refer?

The more people (who are not existing Lanocreme On-Line customers) you refer to Lanocreme.com, the more you will benefit. Therefore there is no limit to the number of people that you can introduce to Lanocrème through our Refer a Friend program.
